I will never forget the Venue at Dinkytown and I am so glad I signed here after freshman year. The staff are always so friendly and willing to help with anything, maintenance is always quickly responded to, and the atmosphere is always uplifting and happy. Not only all of those things, but the building is always clean and they provide a great gym and lots of study spots. I re-signed here for a second year because I don't want to leave. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!!

The Venue got a new General Manager halfway through this school year, and since the switch I have loved living here! Super great service from management, maintenance is timely, and the whole building is very clean. Sweet staff, nice amenities, and cheap rent. Everything you need!
