What started out as a great experience became an even greater customer experience thanks to Kay. A part that had been installed 7 months earlier loosened and needed adhesive. Unfortunately the car had become undriveable to prevent further loosening of the part. Kay was SOOO friendly and understanding. She realized it was a quick fix and pulled one of the technicians to immediately address the issue. I had initially been greeted by Terri who was rude and curt and in a snide tone told me "We will get to you". She didnt' take my key or acknowledge me any further. It wasn't until I spoke to Kay did things turn around. Thank goodness this company has Kay. She is a gem and made what could have been a terrible experience and a 1 star review, a 5 star. Thank you Kay!

I was unfortunate enough to have someone break into my car and shatter my passenger front window in the process, they got my car in the same day and fixed the glass in the same day. Got me back to normal for a great price quickly and effectively, customer service was top notch, very thankful for this business!

Great shop to replace my windshield. They took the time to explain options regarding original manufacturers product vs after market, pros and cons. They did an outstanding job of installing the windshield and recalibrateing the electronic sensors.
