I moved here a year ago and just renewed my lease for a second year and I must say I love my apartment. It’s quiet and convenient for the commute to work. I have not had any issues with my apartment and my neighbors are very friendly. The community is clean and for the area I have not experienced any drama. I look forward to another prosperous year.

We had a positive experience overall. Maintenance was responsive, they replaced our front door with a new one quickly. The apartment was spacious and comfortable (we lived in a Renovated unit, which may differ from Classic ones). During our stay on the third floor, we saw almost no cockroaches, just a couple over many months, and traps stayed empty. MUCH BETTER than expected based on older reviews.
