I spoke with Thomas today to get away from our current security company. He had very helpful information on how to end a contract. I love that with this system you own your equipment and aren't confided to device payments, and can be used with a variety of companies if for any reason you need to switch or relocate and not have to spend thousands on a new system as we had to do with our current company only a year into our initial contract due to unforeseen circumstances. Thomas showed me the utmost respect, and seemed very transparent with the products he is selling. He doesn't push products you don't need or want, and helps you create something that fits your needs. A+ for answering any questions, and we look forward to moving forward with a company that seems to actually care about their customers. Plus side the company is local and not a money giant with contracts that don't benefit the client.
